Cougar Poo??
« on: July 18, 2009, 08:41:53 PM »
snaped a couple of pics of some poop today while I was up hiking, found an area that had several piles, I think it's cougar poop, but not sure, lots of hair in it.

Nice pistol. I'd say it's just coyote. I think cougs bury (or at least try to) their poo poo.

I don't know if they bury it, but I have seen cougar turds dropped in little dipes and even in what looked to be a mt beaver hole. Catwithboost and I found one on a flat sandy gravel bar. It left a nice set of tracks while it pinched one off.

No, you are wrong about grizzly bears.  Their poop has bells in it and smellls like pepper spray...   :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Runamuk, for your clarification, since you seemed to be confused.  Please read below.
