History On Remington RH 51 Fixed Blade Knife?
« on: July 18, 2009, 09:58:16 PM »
Does anyone have any info on this knife. I was told it was issued in WWII, but I can't find this specific knife in my search. Can anyone shed some light on the history of this knife  :dunno: I did the best I could with the pictures. Thanks

The RH51 was/is the official Boy Scout Knife
Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.

   :yeah:

Try altering your search parameters to "Boy Scout Knife RH 30", RH 40, RH 50..... Boy Scout knife, the 50 indicating the era "50's".....

Thanks for that, I'll keep looking. I keep getting auction sites when searching. Maybe I'll send an email to the BSA.
