question uploading photos from photobucket

im not sure if i transfer them to my own gallery or directly to my post. also which method do i use, and do i have to shrink them down first?  sorry im clueless.

I use photobucket for posting pics.  It works great.  Just up load your pics from your computer to photobucket, I size them all at 800x600.  When you want to post a pic, just put the cursor over the pic you want, a drop down box will appear.  Click on the line for Image Code.  Then paste that into your post.  It will show up as a URL until you post, then the pics are there.

i guess thats where i get confused i have resized them on photobucket but when i click on browse to attach it takes me back to my original pictures on my own computer document files.  how do i transfer resized photos from photo bucket to a post attatchment,  you probably already have told me im just not getting it through my head yet.  thanks

Use img code.

For example if you went to this link there is an image code block on the left side in "Share this image". Copy the img code into your post. That's not uploading a file to this server. It is simply referring to the file on photobucket. Two different actions.  Click this Link
