FOB over fletching

so I was reading through the threads and found some of you guys talking about this product. In all the years I have been shooting a bow, I have never heard of them. I did order them on friday and as soon as I get them, I will put them to the test against the blazers that I am running. It doesn't sound like a ton of people on the forum are using them. I would like to hear some pros and cons from the folks that are/did use them.

I have had them for sale for several years. I shoot them and will never change back. Just comparing to blazers isn't a true test of their capabilities. What I encountered for years was that after practicing for months with field tips, you would have re-tune your bow for broadheads. I can take a fob and almost any broad head and it will shoot same point of impact as a field tip. That to me is the greatest benefit of the FOB.

The FOB is an engineered aerofoil and no fletching know will stabilize arrow flight "as fast" as the FOB.

I like the FOB's for the fact that I don't have to refletch arrows.  If the IBO would allow them in the Hunter classes, then I'd sell my fletching stuff because I wouldn't ever need it again.  The reduction in crosswind drift is important to me since I hunt some open stuff, and the wind knows how to blow sometimes.  I have had them come off in the woods, but it's always been either a bad nock or a cracked arrow that was the culprit, neither of which I want to fling at an animal.  They steer every broadhead that I've ever tried, even the spears I'm using this year.

I have never used them myself, however i have seen them used quit a bit. From most of the people i see shooting them i gather that they like them quit a bit. My close friend tried them last year but he couldn't get his fall-a-way to clear in time. He messed with it for a long time and never could get it to work. I myself would not sure them because they wont work in a whisker biscuit. They are pretty cool idea anyway! unless you shoot a fall-a-way they are knida out of the question

 i shoot them and love them great flight and i like the ease of broadhead tuning you just move the nock tell they fly purrfect unlike vanes were you are stuck to cock vane up or down

I have had sage brush grab on to a fob while belly crawling towards a Muley. i've never had a Fob Pop off. But have had a whole arrow partially pop off. But never a fob. I love my Fobs and will shoot nothing else. love the control factor in Wind. and that you can shoot most Bh out on the market. I've never owned a fletching jig and probably never will.
