Spokane area Bow shops
« on: July 21, 2009, 09:47:00 AM »
OK, I was hoping to get through one more season before changing my bow string, but I think I need to get it done now.  In the last 10 years I think I have tried every bow shop in the Spokane/Deer Park area.  I have not been real happy with any of them, but I have not had to visit any for the last three or four years.  Does anybody have a suggestion of the best shop, or person at a shop to deal with?  I did have decent luck with one guy at the Sportsman's Warehouse, but he is no longer there.  Has anybody used Whitetail Plus in Deer Park since the new owner took over a few years back?

I've been to Whitetail Plus, and they are the only ones I will go to now.

Do you not like spokane Valley Archery?

I am not sure how good their Archery department is at Black Sheep, but that is one of my favorite stores.

I may need to give the new owners a try.  They are the closest shop to me anyways.

I drive from keller ferry to Deer park just to get my bow worked on. Thats roughly 200 miles roundtrip. Greg and his Staff are Professional and friendly. The drive sucks. but i know my bow is in great hands. I tried to go to a shop in Spokane and they kept trying to sell me a Hoyt. When i wasn't looking for that brand. I used to go to Daltons Archery, but they went out of business.

Thanks.  I dropped it off this morning in Deer Park at WT Plus.

I'd talk to Jack McCoy at Bordeen's Bow Shop over in Yoseek Acres.  ;)

Whitetail Plus in Deer Park saved me a couple of years back, if I hunt over there and I need anything for my bow he is the one I go to and can recommend with confidence!

I just got back from picking up my bow at White Tail Plus.  Matt (alwinearcher) did a great job on my bow.  Super nice and helpful guys at the shop.   If anybody in the area is looking for a place to work on their bow, I would definitely suggest you try these guys.

Great to hear. Greg and Matt do Great work. I just wished I lived closer to them. But then I'd get nothing done at home. I'd be loitering over at their Range.  :IBCOOL:

have had bad luck at Spokane Valley archery and sportsmans in Spokane, it's been awhile though, had good service in Deerpark, and St Maries, have heard some good things about the place north of Chewelah.
