moose pics
« on: September 06, 2009, 09:54:46 PM »
Took the family up scouting this week. We saw 7 bulls and 7 cows. One bull is pushing upper 40's and a couple others in the lower 40's. Watched them chasing a few cows, grunt and destroy a few trees. Definatley got us pumped for the opener.
I hope when I die my wife doesn't sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them.

Here's one more. I will have to figure out how to make them smaller. Also most were over 175 yards away. One of these days I will need to buy a new lense for my wifes sony rebel. Just not sure what lense to get.

I recognize that country and that ridge.   ;).  Sounds like it was a successful scouting trip, the next 3 weeks will crawl by now.  If you have more questions for me now that you've been on the ground let me know.
