Broadheads flying perfect!
« on: July 31, 2009, 08:27:26 PM »
So I just threw on my Wasp Bullet broadheads onto the end of my Goldtip Biggame's and well they are flying perfect. I shot them all the way out to 70 yards today and every shot was true 20, 40, 50, 60, 70. No adjustments needed, Yeah! I always shoot a 4 fletch to help oversteer any planing by the broadhead and it seems to work.

I believe I am ready to take a little walk in the morning.

Exactly 1 month till opening day of Nooksack and I am ready! :whoo:

Sweet feeling having it all dialed in. I was better prepared last year, this year my broadheads are hitting right sometimes due to form I'm sure. One day drilling the center out, next day hitting right with a little wobble of the arrow. I believe I am jerking the trigger on the release instead of smooth surprise & also follow through a little short. Congrats again, nice to head out full of confidence. Mike

Anytime you can just Screw a BH on and its already hitting the Spot. That's always Great. I wish you the best on your Hunts.

Good to hear that you're ready.  I didn't get to shoot much, but was hitting bottle cap @ 30 yards.  I think I am ready also.  My max pin is 40 yards.

Good luck to all.  tick tock....

Awesome! Thunderheads always flew good for me also. I shot TH 85's for alot of years. The only thing I didnt like is the aluminum ferrule. They bent a little to easy. I like the bullets better only because of the steel ferrule.

Hope you get that bear!
