Great job,  all I got today was bug bites and a nice hike.  Lots of sign,  but too hot I think for any success.  More of a scouting trip and good walk anyway!

I'm really proud of u. I am also jealous. Only bear I have ever seen in the wild in washington was a lil one right before my friend blasted it.

Congrats on your bear. Way to put him down. I heard some disturbing news last night from a friend of mine in Skykomish. It seems to guys he works with shot 2 bears and couldn't find either of them. It's my belief that if you are going to shoot any animal let alone a bear you better be able to make a clean shot. If you can't make a good shot don't take it and wait until you are in a good position to be able to. Just disturbing to me sorry if I jacked your thread Granola, and nice bear.

Excellent job on the bear. If you don't mind what call were you using?

Congrats on  a great bear.. hopefully my brother and I can duplicate that experience tomorrow morning. :brew:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
