Found Wolves pack!
« on: August 03, 2009, 09:32:35 PM »
 :dunno:

No luck on getting pics. Went below 3 miles down where I found Fresh Wolves Tracks between river and top TrailCamera where Cattles traffic to river to drink.  :bash:  I should have put between where Cattles are. Dang I was very CLOSE to get good pictures! Dang...
Here few pictures what I am working on catch a picture of them.

Next time I will move TrailCamera down nearly Aspen Lake instead North of McClurre Mt There is some different pack hanging out North of McCLurre and south of Poorman RD somewhere. But  I found Another Wolves pack right at Metow Wildlife Recreation AREA below Aspen Lake also some south of Lake Patterson. U should be able to find them somewhere.  ;)

I think those wolves are smaller than the Idaho wolves....mulehunter knows where they are at, it is only a matter of time and he will probably be posting photos...he knows landowners who also confirmed sightings and wolves howling in the same area....

The Patterson wolves, I BELIEVE are the gardner bunch which were Red wolves or the smaller natives.  I've yet to figure out why they are where they are except the game is really concentrated right there.  That pack has been around for decades but is growing in strength.  They move around a lot.  I doubt they will be there long.  They are a different animal than the Lookout pack.  I can't see his pics since I am at work, but just affirming kinda what bearpaw was saying.

you should work on your hammer swinging skills first then work on pictures  :chuckle:
