So I get an official yellow envelope in the mail from the WDFW. It is raffle draw time and my head starts thinking "could it be". I squeeze it and it has something inside that is about the size of a tag folded over. Now my head really starts thinking. I open the envelope and pull out..........a survey.
Seems they are doing a survey on the hoof rot issue here in SW Washington and would like my input on what I've seen and where. Needless to say, not what I was hoping for, but I'll fill it out for them. At least they sent a postage paid return envelope inside. That is what I thought was my raffle tag.
Anyone else get one of these?
