Puppies
« on: August 04, 2009, 08:49:36 PM »
Puppies will be born on or around August 25th. The pregnancy has been confirmed, and she goes in on Friday to see how many there are. Check out the classifieds for more details. I will post pics of mom and dad in the add.

I wrote this before I realized that I deleted the photos of dad on accident. I will see him on Thursday and will update with photos asap.

This is the longest and most exhausting puppy delivery I have ever been involved with!! She started last night at 8:30 and has delivered four pups, all where breach and two I could not revive after 30+ minutes of trying. It sucks to loose any puppy let alone two, she has two more in her still and I hope both of those make it out fine. I will post pictures after the labor is done and the whelping box is cleaned up.

So I just got back from the vet and it turns out she only had four puppies to start with. I can't believe we lost half the litter because of being breach. Man this kind of stuff really sucks!. Here is a picture of the two Little girls we have, and if anyone is interested I will be posting an add tomorrow morning.
