This weekend
« on: August 07, 2009, 03:12:25 PM »
Forecast says low 70's and showers for Sat & Sun in my area.  Sounds perfect to me.  I leave in an hour and I cant wait.  My dad is upset that Im going alone but he and my brothers are to busy to go with me.   :dunno:  33 years old and still getting lectured by dad.   :chuckle:  Hope everyone is safe out there and has a good time.

Well hunted my butt off and didnt see a thing.  Found one old track in a dried up puddle that was HUGE but dont  know if it grew as it dried.  Oh well, weather was nice and cool and not much traffic in the area I was in.  Probably because there was no bears.   :chuckle: :chuckle:  Hope somebody had some luck.

Ya no luck for me either last weekend. I was in the steep and nasty clear cuts all day but only saw a doe. I was on the move the whole time too so they likely heard me coming from a mile away.
