new bow
« on: August 09, 2009, 10:28:13 PM »
got my first NEW bow this last week, so i have some equipment to match my peaches ridge tag. its a Diamond by bow tech "the rock" and its my second bow ever, my first was a used mathews solocam. the diamond was $499 for the package, and its about 4 inches shorter, way more quiet, and the let off doesnt compare... i know its not the top of the line bow, but i was wondering if anyone else has the bow and likes it as much as i do

congrats on the new bow.  I've never shot a Diamond, but if it's made by bowtech, I imagine it's pretty sweet.  Good luck filling your tag!

I love my Switchback XT and hate to think of the thought of ever getting rid of it.  Each year when the new line of bows come out I think about it but cant pull the trigger.  Maybe next year I will look into a new one.

I had my choice between martin bengal and the rock. The only reason i chose the martin was i liked the grip better. The rock is a great bow.My daughter has a diamond razors edge very nice also. You made a great choice enjoy

im normally a better shot actually, but i shot 6 arrows at 20, 6 at 30, and i was wobbling a little with these six at 40 cause i had my left shoulder rebuilt when i got some titanium put on my collar bone to hold the peices together.... thanks though!
