Samll flock of mallards liked the set up just as i left the blind for a walk but my bud manged one. The puddle only a couple of inches deep so was hard to bust ice but even though it got up to around 40 ice didn't completely melt till almost the end of the day and the geese showed up about 20 minutes after shootin time ended  :bash:

It sounds like it's time to get a new gun.

Hi Friend  8)
So your geese hours over lapped deer hunting hours (dark with flashlight) I don't know what to expect this weekend, ice ,no ice, puddle or divers. My son will make it for one day but I don't know which. Saturday is always (will most the time anyway).
I've had some hunting days I wished I was at work. As you know I've had some bad days. I should advertise, turn a normal hunting day into an adventure go hunting with tank
I'm trying to set up a race with LndShrk around wall-mart using electric scooters so far he's chickened out. He has or I should say the Greeder has a thing for LndShrk, she won't let me use the carts unless he shows up.
Are you coming down this year? (skinny Butt)
