I just sent out my money for the Alternate buck tag and just purchased 2 muley doe tags and 1 whitetail doe tag for the wife. She is at no. 92 for an Alternate buck tag, she may or may not get it, if she does, she is going to be doing a lot of shooting!!! :drool:
We need to start eating more moose meat to make room in the freezer :chuckle:

I can help you out with that moose meat  :chuckle:  What part of montana you hitting?  I got 3 antelope doe tags and a muley doe tag for the area south of Dillon, looking forward to filling the freezer, should be fun times

 I have a bull elk tag, buck deer and antelope tags and a doe antelope tag and doe muley tag. Will be over around Jordan for the first week or so of the hunt. Note to self, Better buy some more large coolers for the return trip.......

I got 2 antelope doe tags for 300, and 2 muley smoothie tags for 325, hoping to get that freezer filled, im also no. 4 on the damage elk list for the area nw of red lodge, so crossing my fingers

So maybe you're familiar with the alterante list methods.. Didn't they change the alternate tag system this year??  I believe it used to be that the list opened at a certain time on a certain day and you had to get on the list quick becasue it was first come first served.  I thought this year they were changing it to a time frame when you could get on the list and after that time frame closed they had a drawing and the list was generated that way??  I was lucky enough to get drawn for a Buck tag over there this year so didn't really look into it but I'm sure I'll need to know in the future.
