I use the cheapest I can find and have yet to have a problem.  Usually around $7-$8 off of Ebay for a 2gig card.

I think you have a sim(Subscriber Identity Module)card confused with an SD(secure digital)card. Your trail camera uses an SD card. Your cell phone would have a sim card.

Just a note: I have several of the Moultree D40 cam's and like them just fine. I have found that if you don't shut the camera off before pulling your card and putting a new one in that after a while the card will lock up. It took me for times to figure out that if I shut the camera off before trading cards this wouldn't happen.  :bash: (Go figure) and it hasn't happened since lol. Has any one else had this happen?  Good luck and cant wait to see some pic's.

To bad you had to figure that out the hard way, Yes you have to turn it off before you pull your card, you may even loose your pics if you dont turn off..

The same thing happened to me on my Stealth I590.   :bash:

Has anyone had any problems with the less expensive SD cards?  I would like to save a few bucks, but not at the risk of going back to my camera after a 2 week soak and finding problems with my card.
