sekiu pics
« on: August 13, 2009, 06:29:36 PM »
Just thought id post a couple of pics from my trip... ton of fun and got my girlfriend her first and second king... both were wild and pulled up just for a quick pic and then released just fine. The other is a 3 person limit we had in an hour and 15 minutes! It was fast and furious for awhile  :IBCOOL:

Nice kings but just a friendly reminder.  Handling rule in effect in marine area's 5-13 which states you cannot bring the fish above the gunwale if the fish is not legal to retain.  Looks like you had a great trip.

Nice fish! +1 on the handling. Hope you don't get crucified too bad but I doubt it.

SWEET!  I'm jealous!  Got relatives out there and in Clallum Bay.  Just working too much to get time to go out there.  It sure is turning into a good year for fishing!  Congrats.

The handling rule applies to all marine areas except the coast, I'm happy for your girlfriends first catch, but that's no excuse to not read the regs and understand them, you really may want to remove these pics with the natives.

Interesting response, I don't believe anyone called anyone those names, but on the other hand I do believe people tried to do you a favor. You are kidding yourself if you don't think Fish and Game will not track someone down for posting photo's showing a violation, I can tell you it has happened more than a few times in this State. You should be thanking people instead of pitching crap, they very well saved you a ticket, or at the very least a phone call and a lecture from an officer.

Dman is right about them tracking people down from posting pics of fish taken out of the water. It sucks but they will.

You got my e-mail. send me some fish porn I'de like to check it out!! As It's been a long dry spell for me.

Nothing against you man I just don't want to see any tickets being handed out.  We all have done it and again nice fish,  not everyone can catch kings and it is awesome when you do.  FISH ON.  You should try your skills in a king retention area, you may just catch a pig you can keep and post the *censored* out of the pic's.  GOOD LUCK
