I've been using one for about a month.  I've been testing it side-by-side with other models. So far I've tested it with the Cuddeback IR Capture, and the Moultrie Game-Spy 4 IR.

I like everything about the Bushnell.  It is smaller than other models.  Battery life has been excellent.  Trigger speed is quick.  It is more customizable than the other models for factors such as time between photos.

The main thing I like about it is that it works.  When placed side-by-side (or above, below, lots of testing) with the Moultrie, is consistently takes and captures pictures that the Moultrie does not.

I can't comment on its durability due to my limited testing, but if that's not an issue, it's a real winner.

Here is a link to Cabelas customer reviews of this camera. I left review #5,( By ThebigD from Seattle Wa)but read them all!! I may have just got a lemon????but don't think so??? there is a lot of truth to what some of the other writers had to say about replacing the SD card with a Quality one!!! I have been nursing mine along with a New card and my cam seems to be doing better...

Interesting.  I have the black model, which appears to have much better ratings than the camo version.  Don't know why.

"I was scared away by the reviews there"

Buy one at Cabelas.  If it doesn't meet your expectations, take it back for a refund.  No questions asked.

To be honest, I've tried several models and have yet to be thrilled with any of them.  I've tried three Moultries Game Spys and each had its own quirks.  I tried a Cuddeback and now have a Bushnell black Trophy Cam.  It's been the best unit of all that I've tested so far.

Valid point.  I guess it's just the thought of buying one, putting it out, letting it soak, finding it doesn't work well, having to find time to get it back and then starting the process over again. :dunno:  Oh, what the hell.  Guess I'm heading to Cabelas soon... :'(
