ElkNuts PlayBook Contest!
« on: August 21, 2009, 08:04:00 AM »
Hey guys & gals it's that time of year!!!! I generally try & put something together to add a bit of spice to ones Elk Hunts! (grin) This year it will be with the New PlayBook!

It will be a Contest where Photos are involved. The PlayBook must be in the Photo to be a contestant. What I'm looking for is a Photos that is just Cool--Interesting--Funny! It can be something unusual as well.

We're looking for photos where PlayBook is in a kill or maybe a Cool photo on the long drive on the way to hunting camp? Maybe at camp? Something unusual or interesting while hunting such as odd rubs or lots of them or wallows? Anything that may be unique!

So don't think your photo isn't good enough, enter the contest as you just never know. There will be 3 Winners, 1st--2nd--3rd---1st place Winner will win 500.00 worth of prizes & 2nd & 3rd won't be too shabby either!

To enter you "MUST" sign in here on this thread first. All you have to say is "I'M IN" & of course you'll need a PlayBook which most already have! Good Luck & post Photos as soon as you have them. This contest will end sometime in Oct when most Archery Seasons are over, I will pick a date later & let all know what the prizes are. Good Luck!!

If you have any questions email me at elknut@elknut.com or ask here! Thanks!

Gentlemen & Ladies,
You may purchase your Playbook by going to this site http://stores.elknut.com/Categories.bok?category=Elk+Calls%2C+etc

Click books on the left hand side. at the next page you'll see Elknut's playbook at the top. on the right side select BuyNow. It will be easy after that.

The Play book is a guide to calling and calling techniques focused on early season Archery Elk Hunting. This book has gotten high reviews by several Bow Hunting magazines. Even if you don't join the contest, it is something you might you might want to pick up.

I'm in.  Even for veteran elk hunters his playbook is a very good resource, and it should be given out to novice hunters along with the elk tag.

Here is a link to the "playbook".  If you haven't visited Elknut's Website and viewed his products, you are missing out.  Yu may see him featured in a magazine from time to time and he is a Hunt-Washington sponsor.

Great interview in the Extreme Bowhunting Mag this month.

Thanks for keeping us posted on your contest.

I am in.  I will have to think of something interesting.  Hopefully it will include a photo of a nice big fat cow or spike.
