Morning Scouting Trip
«

Went out first thing and look what I found on some of my property that I can hunt. I have been watching these bucks for the last month, can't wait til muzzy comes around, but I am not sure if this is the one I want to hunt yet, it's still early

Not bad, better than having no bucks to hunt.

I like him. I think I would be after him if you don't have a better option. THey always look bigger going away, don't they?

Ya they do. Last year he was just a slick horn small 4x4 but this year he has some pretty nice eye guards. He was 19 to 20 inches last year and not very tall and this year he is 24 to 25 and alot taller. Here is a pic of this buck from last year

I'd say leave him alone and go find a bigger one. But let me know where that is i'll go keep an eye on him to make sure no one messes with him...
