4yo 25lb Bow Question.
« on: August 29, 2009, 10:43:10 AM »
I was looking at some used bows online.  Do you think that a 4yo Girl can pull back a 25lb Bow?

no, the best bow for a young child between the ages of 4-8, is the Diamond Nuclear Ice $179.00 loaded.

Took my soon to be 8 yr. old daughter out this morning for her 1st time bow shooting, she has a 15-18 lbs. bow and I doubt she could handle much more.

Thanks, at 4 there probably aren't too many choices other than toys but I was just wondering.

My 5 year old son shoots a Matthews Mini Genesis. It goes from 6-12lbs, I have it set at about 8 for him right now just so he can shoot as much as he likes and to keep the arrows in the yard :) Once he gets a little better i will bump him up in Bow quality to probably the Diamond.

Two thumbs up for that Diamond Nuclear Ice.  It is one neat little bow and my daughter loves it.
