Decent two point
« on: August 23, 2009, 06:41:49 PM »
Been scouting quite a bit and haven't found anything eye popping but did find a small three point and 5 two points over the last two weekends including this decent two point.

I have seen him the last two weekends in a row and I did not get out this weekend.  :bash:

Please forgive the pic quality as it is a capture from video.

I took one just like that from Fort Lewis 2 years ago. Nothing wrong with it  :dunno:

gasman...what part of the fort did you get your buck. Years ago when I hunted the fort, it seemed that most of the deer where in the central impact area. Most of the year the traffic in that area is held to a minimum. They used to open that area the last weekend. I too have seen some decent bucks on the fort.

I got mine behind Rainier/yelm area, i think it was area 19 or 20, I would have to look it up.

I have a buddy that gets big bucks from Frt Lewis every year. I have never got one close to what he has  :'(

Let's see some pics!  I've seen a couple 130 class bucks come out the central impact area over the years.  I'd love to see pics of your buddy's deer.
