Test Pictures from a new camera
« on: August 24, 2009, 11:25:20 PM »
This picture was taken today while I was testing a new build. The camera is a Sony W220 controlled by a Yeti board in a 1040 case, This camera is the 2009 model 12.1 megapixel Sony camera. This is the third one on these I have built this summer. I really like the camera. This was a parts camera that I got off of ebay and repaired.
I will post more pics from this camera later this week.
The second and third pics are cropped versions of the first pic.
Bob

Bob hows the battery life on that camera? I am still working on an external batt for my homebrew.

Nice pics Bob! I'm guessing it starts up fast enough to use the W80/90 yeti board? Even on a cold start? One of these days I'll get a 220 and a slave flash put together...

I am running this camera on the Yeti timed for the W80. This is the first camera I have hacked that the LCD does not turn off. So, I wired in two 3-AA battery holders for external power. It has plenty of battery life.
