....and that was about it for our Alaska fishing adventure....
We came home with a few pounds of fish, courtesy of Chuck The Local, a few pictures, and lots of memories.  For those of you who have not seen Alaska, it absolutely needs to go on your "bucket list".  The map doesn't do it justice.

To bad about the late start, but.............

Being that the gyro is basically the compass, it is evidently a necessary piece of gear to find Alaska

who needs a compass to find AK? It's huge! I would think that a blind pilot could find it.  :chuckle:

Something I forgot to talk about;  On the way home, the pilots said that the weather/winds were going to be favorable enough to do a "glacier tour".  Here are some pics of that...

...and, last, but not least...

A "little something" for the YAR Members....

After our ill-advised night in Ketchikan at the bar, the next morning SGT Pemberton came down to the lobby wearing a shirt that could only have been pulled off by Hannah Montana.  As you can imagine, he really got a rash of $hit for that.  After a full morning of harrassment, a hangover, a couple of hours in an unpressurized cabin at 10,000 feet, and possibly a lack of oxygen... he put on a show for us....

...to the non-YAR Members... my apologies...

Dude, Path, you better pull that picture before Rasbo sees it!  There's no need to get him all worked up!   :chuckle:
