Congrats to the guy though.  Looks like a good Goat and if he did it with one of 4 rez tags I guess its semi ok.  I'm still a firm believer if indians are to use their special seasons and bag limits they should use special equipment too, a stick, some twine, another stick and a sharp rock like the ancestors
