Those extra cutters are fairly common  . I guess you could say its Non typical though. My only antelope I shot had a bump up where that ones extra cutter is, probably would have turned into one eventually. His Cutters were 6 inches long and were starting to split into two.

I would have to pass. Im thinking around 13 to 14 and as low as the cutters are you would loose a measurement so not a shooter in my book. But with all that said its really up to the person with the tag if it was a first he would be laying on his side.
