we have deer cane out and the elk and black-tails have the ground torn up all around it its like a magnet for them. Is it legal to shoot the animals off the bait? because i know you can put stuff out for taking pictures but i thought you cant shoot them off the bait.

I have had the same results with DeerCain as bonney has. We used the gallon of the liquid stuff a year ago when we bought our first trail cam. The results were great lots and lots of pics of elk and black tail. We decided to set up a 2nd camera in a different spot this year and used DeerCain again and with in 3 hours after setting everything up the deer were coming in and within the week there was a 1 foot deep hole in the ground. They will also bed in the hole and I have some pics where they are peeing in the hole. DeerCain gets a A + in my book

Have you tried a mineral lick (Trophy Rock)? :chuckle: I have 3 out at my place and the deer seemed to be quite attracted to it. After a few heavy rains they will start to tare up the ground. C'mere  deer....no such luck. :dunno:
Just one more day
