2 bulls missing their heads

A buddy of mine was up at black late up stemilt and said there was 2 bulls laying up there with heads cut off and the back straps taken and that was it. Just curious if anyone else has heard of anything. I am not 2 sure if he called it in or not, they were pretty fresh kills

Alot of that going on in the Winston. Have a buddy that has property near Toutle and last year he said it sounded like WW3 at night, do'nt know if anyone got caught but that realy sucks any poacher should get a good know what I mean.
