Housing prices in Sumner,WA rose 16.51% to $265,000 over last quarter alone..  This being said, housing prices within the area are already on the rise.  Our market is recovering and with the potential for mortgage rates rising almost a full percent by the end of the year, the time to act is now!  If you have any questions feel free to get in contact with me.
