Butcher/Processor in Walla Walla area?

Hello everyone,
  Any tips for a newbie hunter on the best butcher/processor in the Walla Walla area? I am going after my bear this weekend and was just looking for some imput.

This will be my first kill ever  :yike:
 
There's a good chance I don't give a *censored* about anything....

Haus Meat will make sausage and things like that for you. They are on Stateline RD. by Milton Freewater. You have to bring it to them "boned out" and he charges by the pound so i would try and trim as much fat as you can.

i had a guy on the oregon side do our elk last year, i am very pleased. does not do the summer sausage and jerky but does do a very good breakfast sausage. his name is dave murray 541-429-2496. like cory said if you want other sausages and jerky, take well trimmed meat to haun's, cant beat em
