Bears still claw trees

Well guys, how many have been seeing trees like these, haven't found a bear tree like these in a few years, was glad to see them though, right were I've spotted bears in the past, but didn't have a chance for a shot (yep, left the rifle in the rig-don't make too much fun of me, I'm sensitive).
Have patience with the pics, they're just from my cell.

Thanks, I've seen two bears in two days, but one was running, and the first was out of my area. There were a few more trees with marks on them, some a year or two old, by the way the sap looked. Rain soaked us today, and the wind blew so hard, don't think my call was much good. Don't like to have it turned up too loud.
I should have rotated the second pic, but didn't think of it till too late.

Since you are "sensitive" I will be nice. What the heck you doin leavin the rig without your rifle?
Nice markings on the trees. Should find a bear there sooner or later.

CoryTDF said he heard his bear clawing a tree just a little while before he shot it. That was last week.
