allready planning for next year

Well this years elk season is over.Planing next year is in the front of my mind.Every year we all want to go the extra mile to get that kritter.To go above and beyond the next guy that is the only way to really score.Thanks again to the boys from purgatory,for inspiring me.I will be the first to tell it paid off.Shot a really nice 4 point bull in the 506,and i cant wait till next year.

Havent figured out how to post the pics yet i will once i figure that part out.Story yes there is the short of it is that i shot my boy at 80 plus yards down hill with my brand new PSE FIRESTOM X double lung and the bull ran 50 yards and took a dive,everyone within ear distance for at least ten miles new at that point i just shot a bull it was the greatest feeling in the world.One shot 12:35 Wednesday,made it back to the truck 4:30 thursday afternoon.Pics yes i have so many good pics and i cant wait to share once i fig.how to post them.What a great trip.........Next year OH YA..............

Nice bull!! It looks like it was a productive year down there, my friends shot 4 elk out of 6 people in 673. One was a real nice 5x5.

well there is the pic,you know the purgatory pic it would have been better if it was the horns on my back but thats alright i think this pic rocks.Man i cant wait till next year.In this pic my bull is all the way down at the bottom under the white log,the cream colored dot yes that would be mine,man i love elk hunting
