Tucannon and Wenaha East update
« on: September 14, 2009, 01:07:44 PM »
Just had a call from NW Hunter,  still trying to get the right deal on a big one.  Has had a few set ups fail with swirling winds, plans on staying out tonight.  Looking for a bigger one.

My hunter killed a good one (360) in the Tucannon last Thursday night, I packed him to the cooler Friday the hunters came out yesterday.  Father/Son dad had the tag.  They did some video work after the hunt on some good bulls.  They were very pleased with the week.

Another Wenaha East hunter shot a bull that scored 333. He was set on a 6 and was happy with his bull.

Scroder has been hunting hard, heard some about his hunt but I will not disclose his information.

I just thought you might be wondering about this area.

I have some pictures from my hunters bull.  Will try to figure out the directions to posting them. They plan on getting an official score soon.

I think I saw your hunters as they passed thru the Tri Cities last night, Very good bull, beautiful fronts, excellent all the way out the main beam. He was beaming....and deservedly so. :chuckle:

I sent a couple to jackalope to post, hope he gets them in time today.  I'm not very good with the computer.

The weather has turned hot again, could be 90 down here on Wed. NW Hunter and his brother were going to spike out tonight.  I'm going in tomorrow to pack a little more horse feed for them and check on my own camps. Might have more info tomorrow night late.
