Sorry for the lousy pic, Last day of hunting before I had to come back to Wenatchee and the wife said she wanted some bear meat. Wasn't very big, 208 lbs, but had a really nice hide but I've already have too many rugs. I believe this is my 22nd or 23rd bear. Took the shot at 117 yrds in a sitting position with a 270 about 15 minutes before legal hunting hours were over for the day.It's the 4th bear I've taken with a rifle usually it's with a bow, I was aiming between the eyes but shot about 2 inches high. At least I made my wife happy after being gone for 2.5 weeks, Or maybe she was happy I was gone for 2.5 weeks.   :chuckle:
