Congrats to the hunter. His dedication paid off. I also like seeing Wa residents getting the OIL tags, but this guy paid the money year after year and got lucky just like me. Good for him. But I would like to see the WDFW allocate a minimum percent of OIL tags for non residents like other states do. But then the WDFW has always been behind other states on their wildlife management. Sorry to thead jack. Congrats on the awesome bull!

I'm confused everyone is wanting either to have a minimum amount of tags or no Non-res tags. Could somebody else let me know if they have heard of any other out of staters or is this the first?
There has also sentiment about having them up front the money. OK so then let's go back to upfront money for everyone. That way it's fair for all.
I do believe that you will be seeing him again with the amount of points he has for both sheep and goats
