go figure how 17 branch antlered bull tags went to game officials this year

Do you know this for fact? How did you find out?

Not sure what you mean about game officials but I know that a WDFW biologist drew a Muzzle Bull tag in the Wenaha this year.

I know of a game warden that drew a coveted tag this year and questions always arise but I think it's the first time he's been drawn.
all I know is that it looks like I'll never be drawn.

Congrats on a fine Bull.  I happened to be out for a drive in the Blues in late Sept. and was parked along side of the road and the tag holder stopped to visit for a few. Two plus months later  all the hard work paid off.
It never changes, but it is always different.

Well I finally got the permission to post the Eastern Washington Raffle bull. As some of you know one of my buddies drew the tag and I was fortunate enough to get to spend some time with him in the Blues in search of his trophy. So here's what one raffle ticket will get ya!

If my memory is right he is a tad over 360 and nets out green at 355 7/8! My friend may log-in and tell his story or I may paste it for him at any rate he could leave 100 page story from beginning to end as he hunted for 29 days and looked at allot of tremendous animals!!!!! In the end I know his struggle was finding a bull that wasn't broken up ... a 3-1 cow ratio had much to do with that.

All I can say is he hunted hard he put in his time and miles and in the end he was rewarded with a bull of a lifetime, very well deserving.
Congrats Brad!  Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it and posting this for you.

When I drew my prescott muzzleloader tag, a local down in Pasco was helping me out and the property owner. It so happened the game warden also drew 1 of 2 rifle tags right where he works, he also said 17 wildlife officials drew bull elk tags.I personally  know of 3 for sure.Little fishy to me

Sorry that I havent given an update guy's, I will ask again if my friend would consider posting his story. Keep in mind he owns his own Business and took 29 day's off to hunt this bull so things got a little piled up for him at work which is the reason for a delay.

I thought that was a pic from last year. Then realized the thread was 8 years old.

Thanks Miles, I totally missed this thread first time around.  Beautiful bull!
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
