I have permission to hunt in a firearm restricted area (I can only use archery, shotgun or muzzleloader). So I have been trying to find a non-toxic foster style slug for a smooth bore shotgun. There are a couple choices if you have a rifled barrel (solid copper sabot round), but I do not so they are not possibilities. I finally found a non-toxic foster style round for a smoothbore. It is made by Hevi Shot. I am guessing it is the same material in their bird loads. I looked on their website and did not see them on there.
The only place I have found them is at Sportco in Fife.
