I'm waiting for the late hunt as it is my favorite time to hunt. For some reason I think hunting in the snow feels more like I'm in tune with my surroundings. I went out for 2.5 weeks on the early hunt for deer and elk but nothing I wanted to shoot got in range.

still have mine, my nephew was killed and I missed most of the season for elk. went out on the last day and didn't see or hear anything. went out before going to my sister's and walked into a herd and was actually at full draw on a spike bull when the lead cow barked at me and took them out of range.

I still have mine.  Drew on a really nice 4 poing yesterday morning but he bolted right as I was getting my anchor point.  Not sure where I'll be late season.

Still have mine.  Gmu 410.  Hunting private and public land on whidbey island.  Passed on some smaller bucks.  Had a nice 4x4 about 15 yards away but he saw me before I saw him.  I'm going to meet back up with him in November...HOPEFULLY.

Did not get out like I wanted in September.  I'll be out for late hunts 121, 124, and 127 primarily depending on how much time off I can get.

I still got mine, I have gotten out a couple times but not as much as I would like. I like the late season better anyway.
