Well we continued on our trek and noticed a couple beef cows on opposite hills looking down into the bottom of the same draw, weird because they didn't pay us any attention at all. Mark pulled up his binos and shreeks "WOLF" Startled I turned, put up my binos and sure enough there was a pack of 6 going up through the draw, running like hell to get away from us. I ranged them at 800 yards and tried to get pics through the binos but they didn't turn out, I couldn't hold the binos still enough so they are blurry. One of the six was solid black.

We finally got to the top and started across the crest a ways when we heard a bugle. We worked down on them but I never saw them. M-Ray got off a couple shots at a small 6 point but hit a branch and the arrow shot off about 40 yards to the side.

So as of right now we are shut out but the season is still early so we havnt given up yet. Will keep everyone posted when we go back.

WOW, I'm hooked on this adventure! Great pics, Almost like reading a good article in Eastman's, although this has more entertainment value. Good luck and keep the pics and updated coming.
