.243 or .223: Optimun Twist Rate
« on: October 01, 2009, 07:30:59 AM »
I'm looking for a good yote gun and will probably buy next spring. I've got a couple of different models (Winchester 70 Varmint in ss is really nice looking) I'm heavily considering, and I've pretty much decided on .243.

Question is: what is the appropriate twist rate I should be looking for in a varmint-oriented .243? What about .223?
