Friday the 13th may be unlucky for some but today it was not me. I cant say the same for this little female. Came in in the last few min of light. Shot her at about 100 yards or so. Great day to start off my Birthday night.

Happy birthday to me!!!!

Just a question, what do you guys do with the song dogs your taking?
pm me if you'd rather not say openly..
I used to tube them and bury the skulls for a few months..

Left the house at 630a.m  On the way out I knew it would be good as we saw 3 dogs mousing on the side of Hwy2.  All eastern WA, .17HMR 50yrds longest shot.  They were hungry with the new snow on the ground.
First three setups we called in a dog.  Then drew a blank for the next 3 sets.
Two dogs down, one missed.

despite the picture perfect conditions on sat they just wernt as hot to the call. lots of sets and could only get one to come into 175. the one on the left came to 428 and sat down. when he stood up to leave i gave him a shot. better to be lucky then good sometimes i spose!
