Nice job Gringo31,

By the way, was that yote on Viagra sure looks like he's been stiff for longer then 4 hours to me, if that's the case you better have him checked out by the local vet, that's what all the commercials advertise.

My wifes a vet but you have given me a few ideas on how to position them "strategically" for a laugh or two....

Rule Change - After a discussion about huntng contest and how they reflect on our sport as a whole, I have made a decision to award .5 points for a coyote photo.  I want to encourage participation in the contest, and not just make it about killing animals.  This site is not just about success by harvesting an animal, but sharing our hunting experiences, even if it doesn't end with a kill.

So submit coyote photos for a score.  Photos must be dated 11/4 or after.  If you take a photo with multiple coyotes in it, you get a .5 point per coyote.  If you photograph a coyote, prior to shooting it, you will get  credit for a photo and a kill.

Sorry for the late rule change.  Hopefully, everyone will like the change.

You should make it effective starting 11-5 since you just took some dog photos this morning. I would hate to see an unfair ruling!!

I promise I won't enter those until tomorrow.   :chuckle:  Those two won't count.

Damn...now I got to carry my camera.  I saw a pack of 4 this morning, 3 were all together tight but 350 yards or so.  So for clarification, what happens if you spotlight a coyote, take it's picture, then kill it?

.5   but I think I need a better camera.  This is 300 yards on full zoom.  BTW, night pics with a spotlight are none too easy.

One of my teammates, a-bess, sees the same coyotes almost every day on his way to and from work.  So we can just have him start taking pics of them every time he sees them and get points for it?
