Big10gauge,
I'm with Gutpile  :P  LOL, but I think we could work something out.

I'm sure others may have a few ideas as well but these were two of mine.

1.  We could allow an exception to the rule and put your two remaining members on Team Admin?

2.  We could ask the team leaders if they wanted to "donate" a player your way to help fill your roster?

Does that help?   :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

BTW, I shot one off a carcass this morning (28# male), my normal picture taker wasn't home so I used a sign, the other dog in the background is the one from yesterday still in the back of my truck.

One more for Team Lamar.

To All the Teams,

The team SageBrush Assasins originally had 5 members,  2 members of our team are unable to hunt at all this year due to personal issues. I am hoping that you all do not have a problem with us finding 2 more team members that can join the team and have as much fun in the contest as we all have been doing. I want to keep this on the up and up and thought I would see if anyone would have any objections.

Thanks Big10Ga

You guys can have Muzzlebuck off of our team?

What can I say?  I want Big10gauge to suffer as he hurt my feelers.  I had asked to be on his team before this started and he said, "Beat it Kid".   :chuckle:

All this talk got me motivated and I went out and picked up one more.  Kept the same picture, same sign, but added one more.  Neck shot at 189 yards and ANOTHER male..... have no idea where all the bitches are.

Once again, one more for Team Lamar.

Does that put us in the lead?  Now I feel kinda bad, like I pickin on a cripple.  :chuckle:

Dont know if the slot is still open but I get back 2 Jan from a deployment and would love to participate if a team would like some help (not looking to try to get in on hunting spots, just a team to contribute my kills to)!

Well it was worth a shot, Just wanted another person on board that likes to shoot coyotes as much as us and create new hunting stories with friends , I don't want to cause any animosity or negativity by stacking the deck  :chuckle: so on with the fun. I'm hoping  they may start getting coyote fever.  :chuckle:

I realize it is hard to get a feel for different personalities without the ability to look one in the eye.  I just want to be crystal clear that my "stance" on this is 100% all in fun.  That is the whole point of this.  It's not about the number of dogs as some of us have prime ground and some others may be much more skilled and just not have the country.

I could care less if you add team members due to some leaving.  I just want to give you crap about it.   :chuckle: :chuckle:

Sorry I can't post a picture tonight, I lost one today.  I think it may have been "splash".  I shot, he went down, spun a bit, flopped etc....I could see a red spot behind the shoulder so I figured he was done.  Next thing I know he has 3 legs under him, soon 4, and making tracks and fast.  I am still in disbelief.  Shooting 55gr JHP, never had an issue.   But, I could be wrong.

Also, again to be clear, Big10 has never been anything but polite and easy to talk to on pm's.  I was just playing with him on my "beat it kid" comment.

Cheers,
Gringo

OK, looks like I missed some of the stuff about Sagebrush Assasins changing out a team member.  Here is my ruling and explanation:

  • FalFire will now be on Sagebrush Assasins - Big10gauge sent me a pm asking to make the change and I have no problem with doing so.  A couple weeks back I received a spreadsheet with a list of kills and none were from JR for the season.  The rules were vague on changing a team member once you had a full team.  People can't switch teams, but an inactive member with no kills can be removed, and a person added who was not previously on a team.  This is for fun.
  • Everyone must give Sagebrush Assasins a bad time for stacking their team.   :chuckle:

As per the rules, no coyotes will be counted toward the team totals until a member is officially added to a team.

I will update teams and points in the next day or so.
Dreams are forever on the mind, realization in the hands.

Are you saying that every team member must get a point before a team can have points?
