Johnsons Smoked Meats off of Rich Road in Olympia is good, they only do smoked meats though no steaks or burger. They are a little more expensive but do great work and vacuum pack everything for you.

What about that place in Chehalis that you can see from I-5?  I can't remember the name.
Absolutely DO NOT use that place off of the freeway in Chehalis!!!!  If it is the same guy, He used to slaughter my steers for me until my last one.  I had 700 pounds of ultra prime beef ruined by him because the *censored* was too cheap to run the cooler on this kill truck and my meat got a gamey/ spoiled taste to it.  We were the first slaughter of the day and by the time our beef got to the butcher it was still hot!  I'm not the only one that has happened to.  It makes me question the rest of his business.
Johnsons takes excellent care of their meats and does a fantastic job.
