I think they are one of the best conservation organizations ever. I am not currently a member but was from the beginning for over 20 years. Just let it expire because now that I have two little girls I am broke!

8 years now.  Always stop in Missoula at the new center and renew my membership.  Nice mounts and you get a new knife when you pay there.

Their focus on preservation of habitat affects so much more than just elk. For anyone (like Killbilly) to say they are evil is just plain stupidity. Find another organization that does more for wildlife yet focuses on hunting opportunities.. I dare you! And yes I'm a member.

my boy has been a life member for 2 years now.  He is now turning 4 years old.  he has been attending the banquets  with us since he was born.  This is a good organization and has great people running it and members throughout it.

I was for a couple years until they would fail to send my magazines. I have been contemplating joining again. Dad is a member so I still get to read the magazines here at the office. I am all for them, so I suppose I should join and or donate. :dunno:
