Well put jamieb. I have been around the Balistic tip and seen its on game preformance. It seemd to not hold together well, and I have been told a few stories of tough recovery of game. My good friend FF4607 used 130gr Balistic tips from his .270wsm to harvest his 7x7 bull. It is obvious they work, just not my first choice. I like the Accubond. It has the advantages of the Balistic tip and is bonded so it holds together.
