Annual Wyoming Hunting Trip
« on: October 08, 2009, 06:57:45 PM »
Got back a few days ago from our annual Wyoming hunting trip.  It was a tough year this year, just weren't seeing the amount or quality of bucks we usually see.  It snowed on us Sunday night and Monday morning we spotted this buck literally on the ridge right behind our camp.  Its funny how you can hunt your ass off and really put on some miles and then end up seeing a decent buck right behind your camp on your last day there.  Got within 200 yards and one shot from the trusty .280 put him down.  He's a decent little 3x4.  In the first pick you can see our truck and wall tent in the back ground.

Good looking buck.  Pretty country too.  Not too much snow yet  ;)
