does anyone know if you can put in for a east side hunt without buying a eastside tagg till you get drawn. i have herd yes and no, and if yes, how?   and again that is a awesome bull.

to put in for eastside elk permits you have to have an eastside elk tag before the application deadlines.

Way to go Pat.  That's a great bull.  I too think he would go 300-310 class but who knows???  I'd be happy to come over and put a tape on him, though you guys have probably already done that by now.  Thanks for posting Bear and congrats to Pat!!!
