Half Caribou?

This is my Dad's bull taken on the 4th with a muzzleloader. Its right side is pretty unique, looks like it could be half caribou or something. I wonder what he would have looked like in about 3 or 4 years...

A few years ago during the late permit season in Chelan County I seen a Mule Deer with the same sort of antlers......bases as big as my fore arm....straight up to what looked like Caribou tops.......Wish I would have had the tag....it would have really been something cool!

Thats cool.......I saw about the same thing on a larger 4x7 elk 2 years ago...one side was typical, the other had a crown

Possible cross. Palmation on any elk is interesting. Wonder who got to who, if the elk was behind it, or if one of our few caribou got desperate and aggressive?
