Dead chicken
« on: October 08, 2009, 06:14:26 PM »
I dont know why but i have horrible luck at getting a grouse with a bow and after several tries throughout the years, I finally got one!  :chuckle: I probably have 7 or 8 arrows out in the woods somewhere that I've lost shooting at them over the years. I'd either miss because the arrow would deflect off a branch or something or I'd be and inch too far to the left or right. Anyhow, I just had to vent!!!  :P

That's a great shot, you didn't hit the breasts.

You aren't kidding! I plan to get a new one real soon. I waxed it pretty well the other day but its worn off quite a bit lately. That string has miles on it from the last 4 seasons let me tell ya!

Right on Jesse!

We saw quite a few along the S. Shore road when we were up there.

Thank you.

Hey, we saw three birds, twice in one day near H. Peterson's old place.
